This policy explains how Finca Verdevida processes personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process and why

This website has no contact form, no user accounts, no newsletter sign-up and no online shop. We only process personal data that you send us yourself by WhatsApp or email:

• Data: your name, phone number or email address, and the content of your message (for example your question, event booking or order of bread and farm products).
• Purposes: to answer your questions, manage event bookings and prepare and hand over your orders.
• Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract and performing a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b), and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiries (art. 6.1.f).

3. How long we keep your data

We keep your messages and order details only as long as needed to handle your enquiry or order, and afterwards for the period required by tax, accounting or other legal obligations.

4. Recipients

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties except where the law requires it. Messages pass through the providers of the tools we use: WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and Google (Gmail), which act under their own terms and privacy policies and may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards.

5. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you gave and to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

6. Cookies

This website does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Only technically necessary functions are used. The page includes an embedded Google Map. When the map loads, Google may set its own cookies and process your IP address and usage data under Google’s privacy policy. If you prefer not to load it, you can open our location directly in Google Maps through the link next to it, or block third-party cookies in your browser.

This website links to Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Google Maps. These services have their own privacy and cookie policies.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we receive. Please do not send sensitive data (such as payment card details) by WhatsApp or email.
